This is a project for long standing customers. We have both designed and are building a 2 storey extension to the rear of the property, including associated internal works, creating a 5 bedrooms and 4 large reception rooms out of a 3 bed 3 reception house. This has created a huge master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, plus an additional double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

This is a typical of the type of project customers are considering: extending their existing house is much more cost effective than trying to sell in this market, and also saves stamp duty etc.
