The owners bought this bungalow with a view to a major project to convert it into a four bedroom house. The owners moved out of the house for the duration of the project.

Scaffolding was erected over the entire site so that work could continue in all weathers. The roof was completely removed and the second floor constructed and completed on time and within budget.
