The objective was to create a new kitchen by removing the existing utility room. We removed the utility room, boiler room and outhouse. We then built a new kitchen with glazing on two sides, new patio doors, replaced all the wooden windows like for like under grade 2 listing control. Rebuilt the retaining wall adjacent to the patio and added new steps to the garden. We then converted the old kitchen into a utility/boot room. We installed new heating with a new megaflow tank and a new exterior boiler.
